Restaurant Association (IRA) Educational Foundation will host ÒCulinary
Affair TMÓ on Sunday, October 7,
2007 at Park Place Event Centre in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Culinary Affair brings the Cedar ValleyÕs finest chefs together for
a celebration of fine wine and cuisine. Local chefs include Andrew Ungs, Sous
Chef and Chris Graham, Executive Chef from FerrariÕs and Park Place Event
Centre, Brice Dix, Head Executive Chef from Error! Contact not defined., John Baugus, Executive Chef
from Soho and Don Hensley, Executive Chef from Martin Brothers.
Guests will savor mouth-watering hors dÕoeuvres and a sensational
six-course gourmet dinner, accompanied with a selection of fine winesÉ.ALL
FOR ONLY $75. A silent auction will also be held throughout the evening.
Proceeds from Culinary Affair go toward strengthening and enhancing food safety and responsible alcohol
service training programs, opportunities and services provided to IowaÕs
hospitality industry by the IRAEF.
KWWL TVÕs evening news anchor Ron Steele will be the emcee
for this yearÕs event. Sponsors include Martin Brothers, Barmuda Corp., KWWL TV
and Cool 105.7 from the Radio Group.
