to help T.C. Raise Money for National Championship
Cedar Falls, IA (December 7, 2007) – BeckÕs
Sports Grill and MojoÕs Pizza House will be taking donations from December 10
through December 15 to help T.C. the Cat, the UNI Panthers mascot, raise money
for his trip to the Universal Cheer AssociationÕs National Championship.
On Thursday, December 13, MojoÕs will be charging a $5
cover and donating part of the proceeds to help T.C. T.C. will be making an appearance at MojoÕs from 8:30-9:30
p.m. that evening. On Saturday,
December 15 from 4:30 to 6 pm, T.C. will be at BeckÕs Sports Grill on College
Hill before the UNI menÕs basketball game. Both locations will be taking donations all week to help
T.C. get to Florida.
T.C.,
who placed 4th in the qualifying competition, will be traveling to
Orlando in January to compete against other collegiate mascots from across the
country. Only the top 10 mascots
compete at the national championship.
